APPLICATION
➤ The Sanctum is a game that accepts the following:
• Canon Characters • Original Characters • Fan Characters. Provided they have NO relationship to the characters already established in canon. For example, a Homestuck Fan Troll would be alright but the character cannot be directly related to say: Karkat. • Fan based AUs - such as modern adaptations, genderbends, etc. We also allow canonmashes - combining two existing fandoms together as AUs (For example: A Hunger Games AU of Sansa Stark). We advise to strongly consider how the events of those particular universes would affect your character. • Silent Protagonists. • Characters with CR/Memories from other games. • Characters who are native to the setting. ( AUs and OCs ) • Any combination of the above.
➤ You will be allotted THREE DAYS for revisions. Failure to do so will result in an automatic decline. Applications that have been declined will also have to wait ONE MONTH before reapplying.
➤ Applications and samples can be both linked or pasted into the comments.
➤ Because of the delicate nature of some events that occur within game, you must be over 18 years old to apply.
➤ When posting your app, we prefer it in the body of the comments, and with the character's name, canon, and whether they were reserved or not reserved in the subject line.
➤ Go ahead and re-use an old app to fill in the formatting below. Applications submitted with alternative formatting will not be processed.
➤ Everything else will be detailed within the application, feel free to ask us questions should the need arise.

Any variations - such as game-memories, and modifications ( genderbending, modern adaptations, etc ) will have to be stated. Is this character immune? Do you want this character to actually be immune to the Dystrophy virus or not? It will be assumed by all in game that they are until proven otherwise. The majority of the Immune are, but anyone native is not.

Background: This is a mix of your characters setting + history section. Links to wikipedia will suffice for fandom characters. Bullet points are a-ok. AU Characters will have to state any significant changes in their history from the original canon variation. This section is required for original characters.

Inventory: The characters have the ability to receive some items in their room, with them when they wake up. Please limit this to SMALL items, personal valuables and clothing. If you're including pets/familiars/etc, feel free to add them here. Note that the mods have a long and proud tradition of stripping weapons and powerful items of said powers and replacing them with nerf guns and/or other toys. Trolling is common. The more specific the item requests are, the more specific the trolling.

REVISIONS
Thank you for your interest in the game! Your application has been reviewed, and we would like to request some revisions in the following areas:
You're quite close with the personality section, but we felt it did still require a bit more fleshing out. You mention that Eames is interested in the creative nature of the dream, that he observes people constantly, and is playful, flirtatious, and charming when with others, but is also a lone wolf. Is he appreciating people as sort of created art, or is it more that he's so in tune with others that he likes to be by himself sometimes to shake it all back off. Or neither of those at all!
You also mention repeatedly that he wants to have all possible information about a job before he'll agree to do it, that he wants there to be a plan and that it's important enough to him everyone is prepared and knows what they're doing that he will explain it to them until they do. He'll take the hardest parts to ensure they get done properly, and doesn't mind snapping at others who have errors. And yet, likes to prank people and crack jokes. What about him seems to need that attention to detail and preparedness, for a man who also occasionally enjoys gambling to the point where a chip was his totem?
If you have any questions or would like any sort of clarification on what we would like to see, please don't hesitate to ask!
Thank you again for your interest.
Re: REVISIONS
Personality section of app is updated
DECLINED
Thank you for your interest and application to the Sanctum. Your application has been reviewed and is declined.
After review, we unfortunately have decided to decline your app for the following reasons:
Unfortunately at the moment we're still not feeling as though the representation presented here adequately gives voice to Eames' character motivations or personality. The revisions given do elaborate, but aren't quite what we asked for and tend to lean a bit more on the 'telling' rather than the 'showing' side of things we were hoping to see on the second attempt. Eames - while little is given to us in the film by way of backstory - is still as multi-faceted as any of the others presented within the narrative, and at the moment we're mostly seeing only two or three personality points being reiterated.
You are welcome to reapp Eames after 15 days.
Thank you again for your interest.
