NAME: Olivier "Athos" d'Athos de la Fére TITLE: [THE CAPTAIN] A man with several names and nicknames under his belt by now, Olivier d'Athos de la Fére shed his District One life as efficiently as one can when they're the only heir left standing at the end of a scandal. His family has a long history of military service, a fact their pride counted second only to their long-ago noble French heritage. He enlisted in the militia because he was expected to, after his formal education, and it simply worked out to his benefit that he happened to possess a good mind for strategy and combat. He threw himself very heavily into militia work after an incident involving his wife and younger brother, and refuses to talk about it. It was after this event that he chose to instead use the name 'Athos', and moved into District Four to be away from both his family and hers, and anyone else who might matter. Actually he doesn't get too much into any details of his past with anyone, although he's friendly enough and cares deeply about the well-being of all of those under his charge. Given his promotion to Alpha a several months ago, he considers that to more or less include everyone - callsigns and immune alike. When he's not wrangling callsigns, he can be found checking in on the progress of various projects, attempting to help newcomers settle in, catching up on whatever he's currently over-worked into being behind on, or probably-not-actually-sleeping in his house in District Three. UPDATE: As of the recent division of the militia from Bifrons as a whole, Alpha remains in the upper echelons of the new military, and leads the Recon and Rescue team specifically. He is also still the head of the now independent Callsign Program. |

NAME: Jack Holden TITLE: [THE VOICE] District One party boy turned militia network engineer turned Callsign, Jack "Foxtrot" Holden has come by his designation via a roundabout and occasionally rocky path. Both formally- and self-educated in electrical engineering and programming, albeit originally for purely entertainment purposes, since joining the militia he's taken remarkably well to the inner workings of the network systems. His current formal responsibilities include network maintenance and security, with some unofficial self-inflicted responsibilities as the Sanctum welcome wagon for new Immune. He also airs a weekly broadcast over the networks that provides a mixture of information, music, and unashamed prattle. He still lives in District One, and can be found absorbing its culture and nightlife when not at work in the militia's tech centers in District Three. Even at work, though, he is hopelessly gregarious and tends to have his communicator on, requiring nothing short of a dire emergency to keep him from chatting while he works. Foxtrot has limited experience outside of the Dome, and what he's seen only reinforces his predisposition to idealism and faith in both the Sanctum and the powers that be. Perhaps part of his optimism stems from having no real memory of anything but the city as it is now, Bifrons and militia and Callsigns. Whatever the reason, he maintains a hope that both native and Immune, working in cooperation, will be able to reclaim the planet. |

NAME: Petyr Baelish TITLE: [THE IMAGE] Oscar works equally between the militia compound, Bifrons' offices, and the government's main buildings. His main role is that of a diplomat and liaison. Though less apparent, his focus is actually that of public relations and marketing for the militia – and, by some extension, for Bifrons and the government as well. He spends a great deal of his off time in one of several brothels, bars, etc. that he owns or in his lavish home. Born in District Two to a humble farming legacy, Petyr Baelish was a child of love and hardship. When the virus struck, he knew it was his duty to aid the people of Sanctum and quickly enrolled for the militia. Bifrons had other plans, however, and Private Baelish was transferred to work helping Bifrons advance their medical knowledge and technological solutions into the future. When Petyr's talent for helping people to work together was truly realized some years later, he began to liaise with the government as well. He was assigned to Callsign Oscar for his natural ability to act as diplomat and his vast experience in all relevant organizations. Oscar is an extremely hardworking and dedicated man. He is ruled by intense ambition and envy with a masterful ability to manipulate those around him. He will never be satisfied with what he has and will not hesitate to include or use anyone that might be beneficial in his game. Outside of his strict goals, Oscar's not a terrible guy. He doesn't seek to viciously or maliciously attack people unless doing so would advance his name or career. His reputation is that of a rather passive man. While not perceived to be selfless, he is also not known for being so selfish or manipulative. Rather, many people are confused as to what he actually does. |

NAME: Henrietta "Hob" Ravani TITLE: [THE UNDERTAKER] Native of District 4 and until recently a retiree in District 2, Hob Ravani is a highly decorated veteran of both regular military and militia. She has successfully commanded 21 campaigns as first Commander of the Ghost Wolves mobile infantry division, then Callsign Victor. Expert at multiple unarmed combat forms, all firearms and artillery, and [REDACTED], Hob Ravani also assisted as a special weapons instructor in the militia until her full retirement at age 47. Hob Ravani's offices can be found in the Order of Peace building in District 3 and the Order of Justice building in District 4, though she is most often found on the militia training grounds. Her location can be ascertained by an inquiry to callsign Foxtrot. She is in charge of SWAT and company discipline. |

NAME: Leonard McCoy TITLE: [THE DOCTOR] A Native of District Two, Whiskey's always been of the mind to be a physician. It's the family business that stretches back to the McCoy's on Earth before they lost contact. He'd started studying medicine at a young age under his father and his surgical skills made him an asset in the militia when the program kickstarted. He signed on as soon as the option was available and it changed his life. Having come up the ranks since his admission at eighteen he now runs the Medical Facility with a literal steel fist- the injured stay put until they're not injured and the sick stay separated from the rest of the populace so infection can't spread. Any patient that attempts to shirk their rest will find themselves herded back in short order. Half his time is devoted to ensuring the continued health of his patients, the rest to researching a proper cure for Dysthropy. After a routine excursion to find the data he's doubling over that left him and Golf stranded outside the dome for the better part of two months and the loss of his wife and child, Whiskey is hell bent on finding a cure and finding a way to return the Immune on home. His time is split between the Medical Facility, the local bars, and his house in District One. He doesn't feel that it's entirely right for them to be stuck here but knows it's out of his hands. He does what he can to keep them healthy, keep them comfortable, and if that means putting a bullet in someone before they can put a bullet in an Immune? He'll do it. He trusts his superiors. He just doesn't trust people to act sensible. Not anymore. |

NAME: Fox William Mulder TITLE: [THE BELIEVER] A District One native currently residing in District Four, most of X-Ray’s time is spent at work, even if he’s not officially on the clock. One of the few remaining members of the original Order of Justice, he’s surprisingly straight laced, and entirely committed to making sure the organization is properly cleaned up and works entirely for the population of the dome instead of serving Bifrons’ special interests. Of the people and for the people, that’s his intent despite how hopelessly idealistic it seems. Having been caught in the battle of the line as a child, and having lost a close family member, he has spent his life in pursuit of justice for those under the dome and in pursuit of truth behind every major suspicious activity propagated by the high profile corporations that run the city. His methodology and beliefs can occasionally be seen as strange, especially his continued belief in Notus and other abnormal phenomenon, but at the core he does his best to work in Proles’ best interest. His admittance to the callsign program wasn’t originally his idea, but after an act of bravery outside the dome, and his commitment to the Order itself, he was approached and hell, who else would be suited for the position? In the rare times he’s not in his office in District Four or out investigating, he can usually be found in a local diner in District Three, and is always willing to sit down for a chat, especially if there are interesting stories to be had. |
